Adelaide’s newest hotel, Crowne Plaza is centrally located in the heart of the city on Hindmarsh Square, just metres from Rundle Mall shopping precinct and the bustling restaurants and cafes of the East End. The hotel also features the signature Redsalt Restaurant and Bar, which has a focus on South Australian food and wine in an alfresco dining setting. Crowne Plaza has lured back to South Australia, international chef Bradd Johns, who has returned home after a successful stint in the UK, where he most recently created dishes for the Royal Family.
Adelaide has a new venue for conferences and events – and it boasts some of the best views in town. The top floor conference space includes express elevators, registration area, and floor to ceiling windows which take advantage of the views. The pillarless ballroom can also be divided into four rooms, and a Executive Boardroom with balcony - designed for around 10 people - is also available on the top floor for smaller meetings.
