With about 72 days to go until the 2012 Annual WorkCoverSA Conference, it is coincidentally the same length of time that the conference keynote speaker was stranded on a frozen mountain glacier after surviving a tragic plane crash.

This year, Nando Parrado will share his remarkable story of resilience, second chances and courage at the 2012 WorkCoverSA Conference: integrate, innovate, inspire! on Wednesday 5 September at Adelaide Convention Centre.

Other speakers include:

Michael Henderson, a corporate anthropologist from New Zealand who will share his ideas on workplace culture and the importance of fostering positive attitudes in the workplace.

Dr Peter Smith, a senior research fellow in the school of Public Health and Preventive Medicine at Monash University who will present on the ageing workforce and his research relating to work injury and its consequences.

Bruce Sullivan, one of Australia's most sought after relationship specialists will provide valuable insight on identifying your personality type and that of others and subsequently how to best negotiate, manage, work and live with people who think and act differently to you.

Delegates who register before Monday 30 July will be eligible for an "early bird" rate of $250. This year, for the first time, discounted pricing is available for a booking of 10 attendees.
