Property experts from around Australia will come to Adelaide next month (21 July) to speak to South Australian investors about social and investment trends and financial changes in Australia’s property sector.

Experts include respected South Australian demographer and academic, Professor Graeme Hugo, who will talk about the impact of changing demographics on Australia’s future housing needs.

The Expo has been arranged by property investment specialists Ironfish to give investors the latest information on topics ranging from key capital city performance, tax and depreciation, co-ownership, property management and buy-sell agreements.

Other speakers include property lawyer Andrew Andreyev, depreciation expert Nathan Frost, property analyst Grant Ryan and Ironfish Founder Joseph Chou.

The Ironfish Property Investment Expo will be held at the National Wine Centre of Australia, cnr Botanic and Hackney Roads, Adelaide from 12pm – 4pm on Saturday 21st July.
